I want to say thank you to a driver. My teenage daughter and her friend were in Crestview this afternoon and her car wouldn't start. I wasn't able to get to her and called AAA. Your driver was there in less than 30 mins, got her car started, checked her alternator, and got her on the way. She was very nervous about some stranger coming but he made her feel safe the whole time. As a parent I could not of asked for more!!

I just wanted to let you know how very satisfied I was when Ryan came and picked up our car. This was our 2nd experience with Ryan and both times he was very professional, patient and efficient. This 2nd time he was the THIRD truck AAA sent and boy was the 3rd time the charm. He conquered every obstacle (and there were many, hence the THIRD truck sent by AAA) with truly remarkable problem-solving skills and he was prepared with the tools he needed for each and every one of them. I have already told AAA that I will be requesting Smith's for every single roadside service I need in future. I have never had any complaints with your service in the past and all your drivers have been courteous and helpful in the extreme. Oh and the 2x4s! Awesome thinking on someone's part. Kudos, guys!

I want to thank you again for your prompt and professional service of our school bus on Friday, April 9th, 2010. We we're visiting the Creation Museum and had no idea where to turn for help with our vehicle. I believe that God puts people at the right place and time and you definitely we're placed in our path when we needed assistance. Called around needing tow service and everyone stated they could get out to us till late at night. Called Smith's and they had someone out to us with in an hr. Jeremy was our tow driver. Friendly dude, was willing to drive us to a hotel, offered extra help. All around real nice guy. Help my daughter and I out with no issues. If you're in need call them up.

Awesome company,  had TA go out and diagnose air comp failure. Was going to tow it but the guys from Smith's took a look and found a broken fitting. Got my guy going without need of a tow. Honest company Thank You. Will  call You next time i need help around Florence, KY.

Ryan was amazing the professional service I got was second to none !!!!!! Joe handled everything for me made the calls while I relaxed. The wrecker call was fast and safe got me off the road and took care of me after the service great friendly staff very helpful over the top equipment!!!! Will use again if needed!!!!

We're used them a few times after having a horrible experience with another local company that actually refused to give us access to our car saying it belonged to them. These guys are great. They're punctual, professional and courteous. Highly recommend them.
